RAPS Open House Celebrating No-Kill Sheltering

Thank you to all those who came out on Dec 31st to celebrate no-kill animal sheltering at the RAPS City Shelter. We were overwhelmed by and grateful for the support from the community. It was an event that clearly illustrated that the community of Richmond supports the no-kill sheltering philosophy.
