st summer RAPS rescued around 100 cats from an a barn in Richmond. Known as the Urban Barn cats, a few of those young cats are still looking for forever-homes. This little guy loves to peak over the barrier and watch the small dogs behind the desk at the Richmond Animal Shelter.
